DESCRIPTION

Duck Viral Hepatitis attenuated vaccine is produced from serotype 1 duck hepatitis attenuated virus in eggs with embryos. Vaccine is used to prevent infectious Hepatitis for healthy ducks and early immune response

INGREDIENT

1 dose contains

Antigen: minimum 103,3 ELD50 of the attenuated duck viral hepatitis strain virus serotype I (type 1)

Adjuvant: Skim milk

INDICATION

For the active immunization of duck (minimum age : 1 days)  against  duck viral hepatitis disease.

DOSAGE

By subcutaneous or intra muscular

   - Duck:1 ml/ dose

   - Small duck:  0,5 ml/ dose

ADMINISTRATION

For ducklings:

Ducklings born to mothers who have been vaccinated in areas with high rates of infection are vaccinated at 7-10 days of age.

Ducklings born from unvaccinated mothers are used immediately after hatching.

For breed ducks:

Repeat injection at 7 weeks of age and 2 weeks before birth.

The vaccine is used by subcutaneous injection, intramuscular injection, eye drops, nose drops and drinking water.

Subcutaneous or intramuscular injection: Dissolve the vaccine with physiological saline or lyophilized vaccine solution. Based on the number of doses on the label to prepare the vaccine, each dose corresponds to 0.3 ml. Inject 1 dose of mixed vaccine per duck.

Drinking water: Calculate the exact number of vaccines used for ducks. Mix the vaccine with clean water, just enough for the ducks to drink it all within 2 hours.

 

Before taking the vaccine, feed the ducks normally and keep their thirst for 1-2 hours to ensure that the ducks receive all the vaccine.

Eye drops, nose drops: Calculate the exact number of vaccines used for ducks. Mix the vaccine with normal saline or lyophilized vaccine solution (1000 doses / 50 ml). Using a standard dropper (1ml equal to 20 drops), put 1 drop into the duck's eye or nose. (Note: The person must make sure the drops get into the eyes or the duck has been inhaling the nose before releasing the duck.)

PHARMACEUTICAL PRECAUTION

Store in refrigerator at 2-8°C.  Protect from light.
