DESCRIPTION
LaSota attenuated vaccine is produced from LaSota, an attenuated Newcastle virus, which is infected through the embryonated eggs
PRESENTATION
50 - 100 - 200 - 250 - 500 - 1000 doses/ bottle (Multiple dose vial)
INGREDIENT
1 dose contains
- Antigen: minimum 106EID50 of the attenuated Newcastle virus with Lasota strain
- Adjuvant: Skim milk
INDICATION
For the active immunization of chicken (maximum age : 2months) against Newcastle disease
DOSAGE
The vaccination can be used for immunization via the drinking water, by nose or eye dropping.
- Eye dropping, nose dropping: Calculate the exact number of vaccines used for chickens. Mix the vaccine with physiological saline or lyophilized vaccine solution (1000 doses / 50 ml). Using a standard dropper (1ml equivalent to 20 drops), put 1 drop into the chicken's eyes or nose. (Note: Operators must ensure that drops of vaccine get into eyes or chickens that have been inhaled before releasing chickens.)
- Drinking water: Calculate the exact number of vaccines used for chickens. Mix the vaccine with clean water enough for the chickens to drink within 2 hours.
Before taking the vaccine, feed the chickens normally and stay thirsty for 2 - 4 hours to ensure that all the chickens are fully vaccinated.
ADMINISTRATION
- The first vaccination, 5- 7 days of age.
- The second vaccination 14 days following the first vaccination
PHARMACEUTICAL PRECAUTION
Store in refrigerator at 2-8°C. Protect from light.
